Biodegradable Salt Shaker

It is great to have the efficient green salt shaker to use. The salt has not been affected by the moisture here in Hawaii, so far, and I'm hoping that it does not. Thank you

I ordered these because I wanted to put the green salt on my table and have it easily accessible. once i figured out how to fill it (duh...if you read the instructions, its easy!).. it does allow the salt to come out fast, so pay attention. Being biodegradable is a super plus to me!

I’m really happy I purchased the shaker made by Green Salt. It dispenses evenly. Works so much better than my make-do re-purposed spice jar.

This little earth-friendly shaker is perfect for my Green Salt. I tried a regular salt shaker at first but it didn't shake well, it wanted to pour out. These keep the Green Salt dry with a secure top, too. I bought the two pack so I could share my Green Salt with a friend. My bag of Green Salt will easily fill two of these shakers and I think it could easily fill two more. The label is great, too, unique among my condiments.

I didn’t know you had shakers when I bought my Green Salt, but thank you for letting me know you had them. Such a great idea, I bought 5 of them , 2 for myself and 3 to go with the Green Salt I bought for Christmas gifts, I like it that much that I’m sharing with family . Family that I have already bought some for really likes it also. Thanks to facebook I found Green Salt..

The shaker is easy to refill and it works well with the Green Salt. Being able to seal off the shaker has help to preserve its freshness.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my salt shaker. I love the fact that it is biodegradable. I get just the right about of product with one shake and the holes haven't clogged.

The biodegradable Green Salt shaker is perfect for the smaller size Salicornia-derived particles and is easy to use. I have mine on my counter so it's ready when I am finishing a dish. I like the idea of using the flavorful, lower sodium Green Salt as so many foods that we eat contain salt already, and we know how detrimental excess salt is to our health. I appreciate that the shaker is biodegradable and that Green Salt is so delicious.

The salt shaker proved to be a great asset when using this green salt! Salt was difficult to shake out in my glass salt shaker. Bravo for creating this!!

Green salt is a mess without this. A shaker I purchased before this got green dust EVERYWHERE. This is much cleaner. And it’s cheap!

These are nice shakers. i have one on the table & one near the stove. We have given up salt & just use green salt. Love it.

Very good. Don’t use it on everything because I don’t want certain foods to turn green. Would purchase again. The salt shaker is okay.

The Salt Shakers are the perfect size and fit for our kitchen counter. I shared a packet of Green Salt and two Salt Shakers with my daughter's employers. Everyone is extremely pleased with the "whole package deal" and the taste of the Green Salt. I recommend everyone to give it a go.

This salt shaker keeps the salt fresh. I love using it on my food. It is easy to use due to its shape and uniqueness. Also easy to find due to the color.

I absolutely love the taste! It was great on popcorn, vegetables, soup. Any place salt is expected. You can really taste the salt without the damage Regular salt can do to your body. Nice that the extra good vitamins & minerals are in the green salt. Looks pretty sprinkled on foods!

One shaker to travel with me, one shaker & bag of Green Salt for my son and his family. Healthy for high blood pressure patients.

The lid is hard to get on and off. The salt clumps together, but when you shake it, the lid fills up. BUT, I love Green Salt on veggies, meat and it's delicious on popcorn!!

I didn’t receive the shaker, but a jar of multi spice. Which is wonderful. I put the green salt in an empty shaker I had on hand.

These are great to have handy. The lid is very tight so moisture does not get in. I recommend buying a couple with your green salt.

Definitely a must have for this salt! I just don’t think it would come out as well in a normal shaker. Maybe I’m wrong. Either way I love it cause you know which salt you’re grabbing, as well!

Love that it’s biodegradable. Love that it’s perfect for the green salt. However the cap can be difficult to replace.

We like it. But getting used to the color was a little hard and we found we needed to use a little more of it to get the taste we wanted. But we like the fact its better for us. Thanks

Ordered for my hubby who has high blood pressure and puts an excess amount of table salt on his food. He really likes Green Salt and has been using on all his food dishes. Will be ordering again!!

I'm so happy I purchased Green Salt. I have a cute little Shaker that I also bought from them so it sits right by my stove and I use it everyday in place of salt. It is not the exact same case so don't expect that. But it is a taste that you will enjoy and it is healthier for you so why not. It lasts forever so don't be alarmed at the cost in the beginning

I like that the shaker is not plastic.

The holes are too small to dispense enough of the salt. Green salt is not as small as you would think it would be so the holes need to be at least double the size

I was really curious when I saw salt that was “green” and I had to try it! And I’m glad I did! It might take a little getting used to shaking out green salt when you are used to seeing white salt(I opted to receive their biodegradable green salt shaker, worth getting!). But once you do, it’s a very pleasant change. You are getting the salt flavor you love and all the organic healthy extra minerals & nutrients you might not get in regular table salt. Thank you- I’m sold!

Nice size refillable, but after repeated use paper inner tube, which cover slips over is fraying, making it hard to put cap back on. Understand making it from paper, but it's not holding up well.

I ordered two shakers. I can’t get the top off to pour the green salt into the shaker. It doesn’t pull off. I even used a vise grip on them. What’s the secret?

The holes need to be bigger. I take the shaker head off and just sprinkle out of shaker.

I purchased green salt and wanted to let my daughters try it. I was not sure how to do that without some kind of container to hold it. Then I found these shakers and ordered 3 of them. They work great. I filled 3 and still have plenty in the bag to fill them again. My daughters love it too. Thanks for a great product.

This stuff is awesome! I love salt and this tastes great. Knowing that it's good for me and also the environment is a plus! I do wish it was more granular than powdery and that we could use it more in cooking, but it's lovely to add on salads and at the table.

We love Green Salt and use it in place of other salt almost all the time (still have some sea salt and kosher salt in the house and we use that in baking). We started out mixing the Green Salt half and half with other salt to get used to it and because Green Salt is lighter and more powdery. Now we use it by itself—and, as a salt lover, I especially appreciate being able to use it generously, knowing it's still more healthy. Also, thanks for the Green Salt shaker!

I like the salt but I still don'e sa salt my food. Just an old habit. The saltshaker that comes with the salt is useless to me as it is too hard to open, so I had an extra empty shaker and used that.

Excellent product, an alternative to table salt, and the new biodegradable shaker makes it easy to use at table and to carry with.

Easy to use good in the hand and does not leak my sal-dust. Perhaps the the holes could be even finer. But I'm sprinkling into hand for fingertip application; getting used to flavor.

i don't salt a lot but anything to reduce salt that seems to be in everything is helpful. this seems to be a substitute I can get behind

I am on my way to loving IT! I purchased and then shared with my sister's pf the heart and their children. Like was suggested I come close to doubling the amount called for in a recipe. Holiday dishes were enjoyed and none of the guest were any wiser nor did anyone grab salt shaker on table. I did purchase the Green Salt shaker and the shaker does make a difference. Regular shakers wholes just are not right . Tho it does look nice in glass shaker. One friend is a convert and asked who I purchased "MY" Green Salt from. Mentioned to her to order quickly and she would receive a free shaker.
